- The firm successfully represented a business partner of the deceased in creditor claim litigation before the probate court against the personal representative, who was intentionally misrepresenting and concealing information in breach of her fiduciary duties to our client and the court. After aggressive litigation and discovery in the context of a civil action for fraud and breach of contract against the personal representative, a six-figure settlement was reached at mediation.

Conservatorships
- The firm secured the appointment of a temporary conservator and order for restraining order on short notice for a client whose elderly mother was the victim of financial elder abuse by a caregiver.
- The firm's client prevailed "on the courthouse steps" in a hotly-contested conservatorship action between two relatives who were fighting to become the conservator of a developmentally disabled adult who was the recipient of two substantial personal injury settlements.
Business Disputes
- In a breach of contract action between two private parties that was submitted to binding arbitration, the firm's client prevailed and received the entire amount of contract damages sued for plus costs and litigation expenses.
- In a first party insurance bad faith case tried before a Los Angeles Superior Court jury, the firm its co-counsel achieved a tremendous result for its small business client (an upscale graphic and printing design business) when a unanimous jury awarded over $3,000,000 in damages against Mercury Casualty Company for breach of contract, bad faith, and fraud. - Through aggressive negotiation with a third party claims adjuster, the firm secured payment of a first party insurance claim, including compensation for lost business income, on behalf of its business client resulting from a fire which suspended business operations.

- The firm was counsel to a computer consulting business that was owed fees for services rendered to a large corporation. The firm secured the monies owed without the need for litigation.
- The firm was co-counsel on a complex business litigation matter representing the founder and president of a local manufacturing company in the sports industry that was acquired by a large NYSE corporation that later sued the acquired company and its president for fraud and breach of contract.
